Lake Rim is not responsible for items that shrink, bleed, or fade that results from normal washing.
Lake Rim is not responsible for items lost or not received upon delivery.
Drop-off and Self Service items not retrieved will be donated within 30 days.
Please check your labels prior to service. We are not responsible items listed as dry clean only or hand wash only.
We are not responsible for items left in pockets or any other personal property (ie., pens, markers, gum, money, etc.) that may damage clothing.
Lake Rim does not guarantee that all stains will be removed.
We reserve the right to refuse customers or customer business.
Lake Rim will not clean items infected with any type of parasite or insects.
